Improvements?

I am sometimes rather lost. There is a desire to improve and try to meet the needs of my graduating babies. However, there are always some restrictions. (like other commitments in school/ unable to get constructive feedback from babies)
Could anyone guide this lost sheep??? meh.......

    Hi…Actually, the reason why you feel as such is due to us not really ready to adapt to new changes. For instance, the homeroom system did not really work out for us but as time pass, we are able to make do with the changes. Maybe you can give us more time to adapt comfortably before we can give feedbacks to you.So,don't fret about it..Remember that you are our walking stick...:)

    Hi babies,
    thanks for the positive feedback. I guess I'm like an ant on a hotpot, because time is really short. I know we need time to get used to systems, but it is a pity that time is really not our side.
    I will keep on trying. Hope I can really be of help to all of us.:)
